The Philippines national team is training for the last and the most important stage for the Hangzhou Asian Games in the Inspire Sports Academy.
The Philippines head coach Tim Cone and other players entered the training camp in Lyceum University on Saturday. September 16th.
The head coach Tim Cone mentioned that there is only a week left for the Asia Games. The Philippines will hold closed training sessions twice a day for quicker adaptation of the current system. It is also the most important event before the Olympics.
It is a huge challenge for the Philippines to adopt the new coach and the new players within a month.
The Philippines will head to China Hangzhou on Saturday, September 23rd and face Bahrain for the first game of the Asia Games on Tuesday, September 26th.
