The Philippines shows a lot of initiative on preparing
Meralco Bolts will replace Barangay Ginebra Kings to play in 2023-24 EASL.
The home and away teams will be announced on October 11th.
Meralco coach Luigi Trilllo said in the interview that Meralco Bolts is very proud to represent the PBA and the Philippines to attend the EASL.
When it comes to this year’s EASL, the main focus is the Taiwan P.League+ New Taipei Kings, led by former NBA champion Jeremy Lin.
This is the first game of Jeremy Lin after he returned back to Taiwan. This also attracted the attention of the entire Asian basketball field.
Aside from the New Taipei Kings, the Philippines are also going to have a tough fight with team B league champion Japan Ryukyu Golden Kings and league second place Korea Seoul SK Knights.
If the Philippines wants to win the games, the coach team Meralco Bolts needs to put much effort in it.
