Quick answer: “did not start,” “did not play,” “entered as a substitute,” and “played but recorded zero” are not interchangeable. A player prop settlement review must begin with the accepted market wording, then apply that sport’s participation test, the period covered, the named official statistic, and the operator’s correction or resettlement rule.
A lineup graphic or a live tracker is not enough on its own. Save the complete bet slip and locate the rule that defines participation for that exact market. If the player entered, a zero may be a real counted result; if the player never entered, the rule may instead call for a void, loss, or another treatment.
